As graduation crawls closer for the seniors of 2013, the dollar amount for college goes up. Whether it’s $100 or a full ride, scholarships will change a college student's life.
“School is too expensive,” senior Aaliyah Johnson said. Many students said this. You are not paying just for your education, you’re paying for dorm rooms and books. On top of that, students pay for new clothes and food. Although scholarships won’t pay for your wants, they will pay for your school needs.
“Scholarships can also be organizations that help others and also make us aware of others who help,” senior Brittany Beckette said.
Scholarships can help a college student dramatically. Make your college debt decrease even a little by simply writing an essay or helping your community.
